Walmart was split in to two platforms: General Merch (GM) and Online Grocery (OG), which refected on how the organization was run. Most of us designers challenged this decision since it did not focus on the customer (one-stop shop), but instead, reflected our internal limitations.
Recently, leadership had decided to combine the two platforms into a singular application. Here we take a look at the stores page and start to form what the experience could be.
